Trying to understand how we continue to get in a situation where the most important positions are manned by walkons. Todays QB, RB (Salmon), WR (Cook). What other program has this? Why is it so? We seem to recruit kids for these positions but inveribly they are beat out by walkons. Not complaining, just amazed. I do look forward to seeing how the new coaching regime goes about their business concerning walkons. Just thinking out loud.. Thoughts?
