when K-State plays Stanford. Not likely with the return date in 2021. If it had been 2020 it might have been Henry Hattis' senior year at Stanford. I am sure he will red-shirt next season. Well, maybe I will be able to see him on the sideline.
My son told me the Stanford coaches were in town last week to see Henry and also to check out both Gabe Ortega and Marcus Williams. My son heard the Stanford coaches saying positive things of what they had observed with both of them.
I sure wish K-State would have gotten involved with some of these players. Maybe they aren't good enough. But the feedback from other pretty darn good programs seems to show they are good. Not even Henry Hattis is official yet. Oh well I did my best with all the messages I sent to K-State over the last 3 years.
I didn't know this, my son's head coach, Coach Heath Ridenour, played QB for the Wichita indoor football team at some point. His older brother played high school ball with Brian Urlacher at Lovington, NM high school. My son says he has some hilarious stories about his high school days. I bet he does!
