Never has there been a team where so much has been expected that has fallen so woefully short. You can say injuries blah blah blah but every section of this team has under achieved except Special teams and namely our kicker. It is clear as day that we aren't recruiting the right talent and they are no longer being coached up. They either 1) aren't receiving the coaching 2) not listening to it or 3) don't have the ability to apply it. In all elements it's a failure on coaches and what they get paid handsomely to do for a living.
So a proactive AD will force the issue and know that right now is the exact time to make the shift. For every year Snyder and Co are allowed to run this program it will cost us 3. That is the ratio.
