IMO it’s pretty simple. We overachieved a bit so far this year and no matter what happens he will be back next year. I for one am excited for the rest of the year and next for sure. If we stumble next year I don’t think we will have any choice to move on from Weber. So the negative nancies have that to look forward to, and the fighting Weber’s can look forward to this year and next. We seem to be trending up, if that continues than great! If it does not, then we can all agree it will be time to move on.
