Watching the game last night I predicted the outcome, although I thought we would lose. First half we push the ball up the court and get layups, 3's are dropping and life is good. Second half we totally quit pushing the ball up the court, WHY. We go to our great 1/2 court offense were we run the clock down to 6 seconds and put up a bullshit guarded three. I love DJ but he does not have the greatest hands for a 5. THat is why this team is at its best running and pushing the ball up, I have no idea why Weber cannot see this.
The great timeouts used in the 2nd half, Stocks gets his shot blocked, and the classic when Weber calls a timeout with 6 on the shot clock, what do we get out of it, a guarded three----miss.
Than there is the effort of rebounding in the second half, which I consider to be effort as much as talent. We got killed on the glass.
Thought is was BS when TCS got a timeout at the end to set up their D so the refs could check the clock and who much time should be left-that is wrong.
I would like to make the big dance just because I am a fan and I think the players deserve it, maybe Bruce will leave on his own.
