What are the odds of NO coaching changes in Big 12?

Everyone talks about changing coaches at TCU and OSU when they are not ranting on about Bruce. I personally think that there is a 75% chance Ford will be back at OSU. I hear he has a pretty large buy out. I also think that there is a 60% chance T. Johnson will be back at TCU. What are you thoughts?
Also, Bill Self and Bruce Weber this in common: They will both be back.
