Why do we continue to get such horrid replay calls even with the ability to look at multiple angles simultaneously? While I was invested in the Royals appeal at 3rd base, that appeared to be the least blatant. According to the rationale I heard all year (the ball has to be in the back of the glove to be caught) Flores left early. But that is nowhere near as bad as the fumble in the Washington State/Stanford game or the knee being down on Miami's return. How does this happen? Did anyone read Lenny Dykstra's claim that he blackmailed umpires?
