KU finally get punished by the NCAA with a multi year ban from the tourney, Self gets let go with a show cause, and their recruits jump ship

We lose to Tech and only win the KU game. The eye test just does not show a confident team ready to go on the road and get a win.
Weber's team will most likely struggle in the noncon with a head scratching loss somewhere and finish close to the bottom of the league. Probably a 15-17 win team.
Bruce does not ever overachieve.
KU will find out there are no penalties for their 5 Level 1 infractions and will roll to the Final Four. Self will add a couple more titles before riding off into the sunset.
