This is Never called. Can it even be a rule? If you’ve ever watched Stoops and staff or Bo Pelini on the sidelines and never drawing a flag, how can there be? I’m trying to recall it ever being called on any coach outside of interfering with the field of play during a play.
What is unsportsman like conduct on a coach?
