I don't see how pro-life people can object to Trump's comments that women should be punished if they have abortions should abortion be outlawed. If you are going to make abortion illegal, it seems extremely peculiar that you would let the main participant in the action - the woman - off without any punishment. Yet according to the press, both the right and left has condemned him. Is this a case of pro-life not wanting to admit to the problem with their policy, or is this a case of people wanting to attack Trump? I just assumed that a portion of the pro-life platform included punishments for both the doctor and the woman.
