I threw this idea out in another thread. I think with the 10th assistant coming online next season we need to think outside the box a bit so what do you think of something like this:

Split off the coordinator positions from position coaches. So on offense you have an Offensive Coordinator overseeing a qb coach, rb coach, wr coach and ol coach. Defensive Coordinator oversees the lb, dl, and db coaches. You still have a ST coordinator to round out your ten coaches. Coordinators manage all aspects of their side of the ball while also being able to focus on game planning and playcalling. Position coaches can focus on coaching their position and being able to work closely with their group during timeouts, halftime, etc.

Assuming Dimel goes bye bye, Hayes and Mo retire, and Fabris leaves since DE regressed this year this would look something like this:

OC: Collin Klein
Qb: open (time to bring Jake Waters home)
RB: open (Smitty comes back or maybe even Taylor Braet)
Wr: Andre Coleman
Ol: Charlie Dickey

Dc: open Not sure who to put here but Bielma isn't doing anything next season
Lb: Blake Seiler
Dl: Open. (Travis Britz or Taylor Godinet)
Db: open (Kyle Williams) Credit to @Panjandrum for the Britz and Williams idea
St: Sean Snyder

That leaves out HC. I think Bill stays another year. As much as I want Leavitt or Brent for Christmas I think Bill stays. I think the coaching staff above is #familyapproved and is set up to let Bill be the CEO.
