Who will this benefit come election time? On the one hand, this will affect the ability of millions to get health care and those people aren't likely to vote for the GOP if they know doing so will kick them off healthcare. On the other hand, this has been a major point for the GOP so seeing a light at the end of the tunnel could motivate a lot more to come out and vote to ensure the ACA's demise.
The ACA isn't likely dead as there are appeals to be made and who knows what will happen, but it's the first sign of positive for the GOP in this fight.
