Who is a team that will come from nowhere (TCU in 2013 went 4-8 then 12-1 in 2014). There's only one rule here, you can't pick K-State. It doesn't have to be as large a jump as TCU made as I'm not sure anyone who won 4 games or less last year will when 12 or more this but just curious what teams people pick and why.

National - Arkansas & Nebraska (can't choose between the two)
Big 12 - Oklahoma

Arkansas - Yes I know they're a popular pick but I actually get to watch a lot of UA/SEC games where I live and anyone who has watched them since Bielma got there knows they've been getting better each and every game. I think he finally has his recruits in place and his style will work in the SEC just like it did in the Big 10. They won't make the playoffs and play in the talented SEC west, but I think they could be a 9+ win type of team.

Nebraska - 9-4 in no way is a bad year for anyone but what this has more to do with is their schedule. It is ungodly easy. They could seriously go the entire year playing only two top 25 teams, and both would be at home. Also I've always thought Mike Riley was an underrated coach and a good hire by Nebraska even if the blabbering idiots up there hated it.

OU - First off yes I know that 8-5 isn't THAT bad of a year, but for OU it is. I just have faith that they will turn it around because honestly all they really need is a game manager at QB and I think either Mayfield or Knight can/will do that for them this year. Their schedule isn't super easy like Nebraska's this year, but it is backloaded and OU could be 9-0 before they end with @ Baylor, vs TCU and @ OSU. Being 9-0 and most likely a top 3 team at that point can do quite a bit for a team's confidence.

I guess my picks wouldn't be overly shocking but I don't see a team being quite as wild as TCU was last year. Anyways, who are your picks?
