If it was a discipline (drugs) and work ethic problem they should have cleaned it up themselves and not just rely on the coaches. Good grief look at the size of those two dudes. Gip should have scared them straight by threatening to beat the crap out of them. Upperclassmen need to be leaders more than just on the floor. I was in an elevator in Hawaii when Gip walked in and his arms were bigger around than my thighs.
