Why do we refuse to try to get any transition baskets?

I say this every game. We have zero knack of attacking the rim in transition. Game after game. You look down and we have 39 points after nearly 30 minutes of play and two straight times we have great opportunities to take it to the rack in transition and instead we back it out into our shitty half court offense. And this isn’t just this game. We do it (rather, don’t do it) all the time.

When we aren’t hitting outside shots, our offense is TERRIBLE. It’s critical in games like that (like our last 3 games) that we get out and run and attack in transition to get some easy baskets or go to the foul line. I have no idea why we're so content to try to set up our terrible half court offense when we have chances to score on the run.

This game will mark 3 straight that we can’t do squat on offense and we’re not helping ourselves get easy baskets when they present themselves.
