Tom Hayes has no clue how to coach man to man press defense. This bend but don't break crap is nonsense. When you add the lack of the ability and strength to shred wr's blocks you've got big issues. Duke Shelly's skills have digressed as a lock down corner.
Secondly, when we went with all out blitzes we left no one at home in the middle of the field, you could see those qb runs coming a mile away. He had to drop someone off the line of scrimmage to account for the middle of the field.
Add in poor tackling and lack of fundamental concepts and you can see why OU only punted ONCE.
No adjustment were made in the second half.
