Last week was hard. Really hard. We all know our own history. Having a "Worst Home Shutout Loss" in the history of our program, stamped on a game this year is just painful.

But how about this for perspective: The Miami Hurricanes. Da "U". Just suffered their "Worst Loss in School History". This with all the "Jimmys and Joes" that the Miami job affords ole Jimbo.

As KState nation I cant help but feel like we get myopic. We have a hard time looking 10 feet outside our own front door. I think there is an element of fear of this ride with Bill coming to an end and they kick us out of the park. Everywhere has its ups and downs.

We played OSU and TCU close. The OU game just got away from us. Its sports...it happens. With even good not great QB play we still had a great shot at UT on the road.

So here's my advice. Dont panic, not yet. Get out of your own head. Dont take the losses so hard. Dont let them ruin your day (its not easy, believe you me). Try and enjoy the small victories even if its just play to play. Watch the game for the young guys. Enjoy the Duke Shelley plays and try an envision a brighter future. Follow LHCBS lead and just be a little better fan every day. Go Cats!
