For the gym rats in here. Our gym is doing a couple challleges you might like if you’re into self torture. It has to be done with one of the trainers if you want your name on the leaderboard. First is straight forward. They put six minutes on the clock and you try to get in 200 body weight squads (full, below parallel squats) before the clock expires. Good luck walking down the stairs after that. The second involves an 80-pound duffel bag with a 40-pound kettle bell placed on top. The bag has a harness attached and the goal is simple. See how fast you can drag the bag going backwards one lap around the indoor track (think a DB back pedaling). Just something different. Enjoy.
