From KState Sports Extra: Weber on the seniors:
>Then there is Winter, who Weber described as the toughest player to defend on the Wildcats’ scout team — nicknamed the Panthers — and who hopes to stay on with the program next season as a graduate assistant.
“Zach might be the coolest,” Weber said. “He just comes every day and no one can stop him in practice. They know he’s a lefty and he goes to the hoop every time.”
And of course the usual praise of Budke
You have to really admire these scout guys who work hard every day knowing that playing time probably will be a token. I think Mickey Heinz was a walk on who got big time playing time.
