I know people have brought his name up on here before as a replacement, but after watching him on gameday I love his enthusiasm. Exactly what we need. I didn't realize he worked under Jerry Kill. I'm sure Jerry is watching him closely as football operations manager. I wouldn't be surprised if Fleck is available in a year that he wouldnt be on our short list. Seems like a winner to me. Keep an eye on him for sure. .....Won't hurt to keep an eye on his wife either.! WOW!
