Buddy and I were texting about how hard this has been to watch. He sent a text that said “but tomorrow...” coupled with a Mahomes gif. Which got me thinking...
Would you rather:
Cats bball and Chiefs both good. Chiefs are playoff team - but not dominant. Cats are top half of Big 12, tourney team.
or
Cats bball historically bad. Chiefs have Pat and all the awesomeness that accompanies that.
Usually, I’d prob rather both just be good, with a chance to do something special from time to time. But PM is a once in a lifetime talent - and I would suffer through a few of these Bball seasons to get to enjoy Pat. No brainer for me - even as much as I hate seeing bball this bad.
