I had the privilege of being able to help on a Wounded Warriors event this weekend and learned something about Ksu and ku. The ksu part is not uncommon knowledge but figured I would share this.
The head guy for the kansas group -and a big guy nationally - for the organization was saying how awesome ksu is to the organization. Said anytime he ask them for tickets for the guys or for ksu assistance with the group, ksu jumps all over it.
However he said that ku will not contribute a thing. He said he has went to them numerous times for request and is always turned away. Said they won't even donate tickets to their shatty fball games.
What an embarrassment that school is. It was nice to hear him talk so highly of ksu and the organizations hatred for ku.
