From seeing all the posts on here I was expecting some epic second half meltdown like giving up a 20 point lead or something. We had a 4 point lead w/ 4 minutes to go, and sure we had somewhat of a lead for part of the second half as well, but this was hardly game in hand by K-State. On the road against the 13th ranked team and first place team in the best league in college basketball I was pleasantly surprised. The freshman get basically no help, and for Stokes to step up and hit those free throws to send it to OT was awesome. I'm really surprised everyone is so down after this game ... was it winnable, sure, but thought it was a great effort.
