-Ku won first half by 16, second half basically even. In that first half, KU made 7-13 treys and WU went 6-18 from FT line (can we get those same refs for league?).
-Both the writers and Coach Self said the little WU guard (Smith) was the fastest guy on the court, either team.
-WU out-rebounded KU 45-44.....margin was 41-29 at one time.
-Chipman is retiring this year....and some say this may be his best team ever.
-Obviously, K-State is much better than WU.....but, when teams enter with different motives, Friday could be interesting.
-Off topic (kinda).....Anyone remember the 3OT victory over WU in Huggie's first year? That was actually a pretty fun game to be at.
