First time my Dad took me to an A's vs Yanks game in the old KC park I was disappointed when Elston Howard started as the catcher but with the A's up 2 nothing in the top of 9th the Yanks pinch hit Yogi with 2 runners on and Yogi blasted a 3 run homer. I can still recall vividly the sound of the bat striking the ball still gives me goose bumps!
