Now that Bowlsby has said we will still probably play a full round robin schedule in theory you could play with your divisions every year. Each year you could realign divisions based on the previous years standings. You could put say 1-4-5-8-9 teams from the previous year in one division at the teams that placed 2-3-6-7-10 in the other division.
If you did that say for 2016 based on the 2015 standings then the divisions would look like:
Oklahoma
Baylor
West Virginia
K-State
Iowa State
Oklahoma State
TCU
Texas Tech
Texas
Kansas.
If you did that say for 2016 based on the 2015 standings then the divisions would look like:
