I'm guessing we have a few sales people on this board based on some of the personalities and I accompanied a rep that reports to me on a call this morning that included the customer crying about a delivery timeline, audibly farting and drinking scotch from a paper cup like a very sad character from Madmen.. And this was not even close the worst one I've been on in my 9 or so years in sales....
