Any recommendations on how to handle a college fund for 2 children? 1 on the way and 1 that is 2 years old. I have a small amount started in savings, but want to start contributing to something more formal. My main concern is restriction over use of the money. Is 529 the best way? Or is there something better?
Also, I know I can google this info, but didn't want to sift through the hundreds of articles to decide. Fingers crossed that both will go to instate (Missouri or Kansas) and public... and hopefully Manhattan.
