Several sources have indicated that Matt Campbell is the leading candidate for the Nebraska job and that he is interested in the position.
What i find hilarious is the number of Nebraska fans who don't want him. Their last head coaches were Frost, Riley, Pelini, Callahan, and Solich. Campbell would be an upgrade over all of them, yet they still think they deserve better. There are even Nebraska fans who think they are above hiring Urban Meyer lmao.
They just don't understand that there are at least 25 other college football programs as attractive if not more so than Nebraska.
I for one do hope he gets the job though. It'd be nice to see Iowa State go back to what they used to be.
