K-State makes its first appearance in the AP Poll since 2019, coming in at No. 11 after being unranked in the first nine polls of the season.

• K-State is the third-highest-ranked Big 12 team. Kansas is No. 2 and Texas is No. 10.
• Iowa State (14) and TCU (17) are the only other team in the Big 12 ranked.
• Baylor is the only Big 12 team in the "receiving votes" category
