Only one Question today:
-What are your thoughts on Martinez....and Coach K's comments on AM? He's such a veteran. His ability to handle and prepare for game week, and not being distracted....very important. So mature for that QB room. He's had 300 yard passing games at least once every year. He's had 100+ rushing games every year he's been QB. So, obviously dual threat. He's very fast. Very fast. And plays fast on the FB field. His good play....his best play....is enough to make K-State a Big 12 champion. But, he needs to cut out the bottom 25% of his plays. That's what caught up with him at NU. He would just try to do too much. Fumble, forced throw, scrambled when he didn't need to. Things he can correct. But, AM's best plays have been very, very good. His leadership is invaluable. He's owned up to everything that went wrong at Nebraska. He'll handle the ego's in the QB room very good....for example Will Howard....they've avoided controvery in that room so far. He's got to cut down on turnovers though...and the times he tried to do too much. Let's face it, AM was the most unlucky guy in Nebraska. His mistakes always came at the most critical times. (sorry soooooo long, but that's the way Stan goes on and on and on, lol)
