Ok. Let's start by cleansing the palette. We all know that KC Bbq is king, and that anyting in Wichita requires a flak jacket. That aside, I finally feel like Wichita has a legit BBQ joint. Granted, only been there once but the brisket was great and the burnt ends were top notch. Both better than I've had in KC. THOUGHTS?
