I know, I know, distance running is for people who suck at real sports, but I'm getting older and have given it some thought. I think a 10K is a good starting spot. I could likely do a whole marathon since running is easy, but figure I won't waste a couple hours of my day doing that since my time is more valuable than proving I'm not fat. My question is, should I run the 10K or do something more fun like a triathlon?
