Good news for the Wildcats

You can’t make this up but there appears to be buzz that the Big 12, with two weeks remaining in the season, will clarify the tiebreaker rules. The clarification would benefit Oklahoma State, hurt Kansas State.

The Broyles Award announced that K-State defensive coordinator Joe Klanderman was named a finalist for the award. The award is given out to the top college football assistant coach.

Stan brought this up this morning on Kgso in wichita that if OU, Kstate and OSU all win out Kstate would have the highest winning percentage in common opponents the way the Big 12 tiebreaker reads. Common opponents between the 3 teams are UCF, Iowa St and KU. I didn't see that in your article as a possibility?

I am posting to let anyone know that knew John Lyon that he past away late last night. My family meet them about 15 years ago and they quick adopted us and have become know to my daughter as her Wildcat Grandparents. They would travel every weekend from their home in Dallas Texas to all home games and most away games. I had the honor to seeing him just hours before his passing and we talking about wildcat football for several hours. They just recently retired and moved to Junction City to be closer to Manhattan and to be able to see more events.
