In the 3rd quarter with KU facing a 3rd and 9 we went with a 3 man front (Tillman was 2 weeks early) and 2 LBs. So I thought.
After the snap one of the LBs turned his hips to get back in coverage and I saw it was Wayne Jones III,
Rather than sit back in coverage we sent 6 guys. Sullivan blitzed along with 2 DBs off the right side of the defense (Will Jones was one of them).
Incomplete pass.
I was surprised how ornery Klanderman was being against an inept KU offense.
