I love Bill Snyder, but there is a need for some serious changes on his staff. This staff has no imagination and their weekly preparation is marginal at best. Now even their legendary in-game changes is in doubt. The problem is that they are either too old and too locked in a system that worked a decade earlier. Let me clarify something, old age is just a term, but allowing old age to define your effort surely is problematic. Personally, the QB coach needs to retire, the OC needs to be demoted, and there is a need for new blood as DC. We have a good defense, and they were not prepared for Saturday, that's on Hayes period. Bazooka Joe cannot and should not be put in a situation that he cannot handle. I doubt Alex Delton has the arm for a downfield passing offense, but at least give him a try because he has more foot speed than Joe will ever have.
