Transfer portal time!
NC State WR KC Concepcion entered the transfer portal yesterday and will draw interest from a ton of top programs. However, K-State is extremely interested in pairing him with his younger brother, 2025 WR commit Arrion Concepcion. I think that's the approach they'll take in trying to land this commitment, though it might not be enough.
We'll see how the interest begins to develop, but K-State is pushing for him. Penn State is also expected to be interested.
