I haven't seen any data but it strikes me that Colorado State might be undervalued. Their location makes geographic sense and i think they could be poised to pour money into football and have a better program than the currently listless ship that is CU. what I don't know is if they have the financial and cultural interest to go "all in" on athletics to try and make it work. From 35,000 feet it would seem that they could be like KSU, ISU, etc. Anyone know anything about athletic department budget, institutional endowment, other comparables?
