Hate to bring up another football thread among all those dedicated to golf-movies-rainfall-Royals, etc., but there is an interesting article on TOS about KSU recruit Mike McCoy, Topeka RB. He attended a two-day camp at OSU this weekend along with teammate Teven Jenkins, who wound up committing to the Cowboys. McCoy said he really would like to be offered, as he grew up in Oklahoma and has played football with Jenkins since the fifth grade.
The last part of the article, he mentioned KSU: "I like Kansas State a lot too. They recruit me a lot harder. They hit me up today. They told me they have to get one of us Topeka guys. They don't want to lose me like they did Jenkins."
That's just one of the reasons we only have two commits for 2016 so far.
