I contend that if we could reverse the result of one game, then we would be on the right of the bubble. Thus, my question is: which game is that?
There are so many to choose from: both KU games, TCU at home, TT, OU, Tenn, ISU on the road.
For me the game that game is Maryland. That would have been a top 50 RPI win against a non-conference opponent. Our out of conference schedule was bad and in the only two games that mattered, we laid an egg. The Maryland game also represents this teams' biggest problem, which is the inability to take control and close out games. It is truly astonishing to go back and look at the number of close losses where we had the lead or close wins where we had a large lead.
Rather then go down another Weber sucks rabbit hole, just name the one game you think damages our NCAA chances.
