I have been hearing more and more about a behind the scenes move to merge conferences. This makes a very compelling argument for a powerhouse negotiation with tv networks. Pac would love to get into the central time zone and access to big markets like Texas. This would provide huge rivalry potential in basketball and football. Location in the country does not matter anymore. It is very backwards thinking to assume regional issues. Go big I say. What a big move if they could pull it off.
