Watching College Football Live right now. They are talking about the perception of the Big 12 shifting over the last few weeks. Preseason the Big 12 was seen as the lower end of the P5 conferences, maybe being the one to get left out of the CFP. Now McShay and Pollack are saying how good they look after OU whoops tOSU, OK Lite spanks Pitt, and TCU beats Ark. It's amazing what a few wins OOC do. Makes the Vandy loss hurt even more to me.
My thoughts began to wonder and being the purple kool aid drinker I am I came to this.... Say KState goes on a tear, beats everyone, and wins the Big 12. Does the media look at us like players and give us respect and a CFP spot? Does the opposite happen and the national view of the Big 12 fall, since "lowly" KState, who lost to Vandy, won the conference? I am truly curious, as it seems for the conference to be nationally respected the teams from Texas and Oklahoma have to play well.
