I'm taking the leap and cutting the cable now. I have DirectTV Now through Amazon Firestick which is AWESOME by the way. Just looking to do an HD antenna for local channels and live in Goddard which is within 35 miles of all the network towers like CBS, NBC, Fox, and ABC but I can't get a signal at all with either of the RCA indoor antennas I've gotten. That's with holding the antenna right by the window facing north which is the direction all the towers are in. Am I going to have to just get a bigger outdoor antenna to get a signal? I thought I should be able to easily get a signal in Wichita and living relatively close to all the towers.
