I'm just dreaming here...
No secret Chip wants to get back into coach. I think we'd have a shot. Looking at schools with job openings or possible job openings:
Ole Miss
Tennesse
Arkansas
Nebraska
Florida
aTm
Org. State
UCLA
K-State (if Coach decides to hang it up)
Really doubt Chip would go to an SEC school...Florida would be the only school in that group that I think he'd be interested in. I think that UCLA (USC if open) would be two schools he'd have interest in. But what if he just wants to coach football at a place where distractions are limited? What if he wants to coach at a university that completely supports the athletic programs. What if he wants to coach at a school with a (usually) amazing fan base? I think we'd have a shot. I also think we'd have a shot with Florida's coach if he decides to leave, with Gus, Bret B., and Sumlin. Hell, I'd be fine with Butch Jones.
