Coaching change

I know this gets hashed out all the time, but I am curious to people's thoughts right now. I'll give the scenario of coach hanging it up after the 2019 season. Who is everyone's one guy on staff that could/should take it over? One guy not on staff that could/should take it over. My number one candidate right now if he does well in his new position is Coleman. Wondered if staff know how all these new guys are meshing in their roles with eachother?
