As is the case with many things-subjective, it's all about expectations.
All 130 coaches are listed. St. Bill, of course, is listed as "0" - or "untouchable" - as it should be.
The funny thing is the the young man at KU is 2-22 overall, but he is listed as a "1" in security, which is defined as "safe and secure". That says a lot about KU. And the fact that he beat UT last fall was a big one of his two total wins.
Lincoln Riley - the new guy at OU - is already a "2" before he's had a chance to do a thing wrong.
But the new guy at UT - Tom Herman - is a "1".
All about expectations, as I said. But it's amusing and a little interesting to see someone's take on this. His take is probably no better than yours or mine. But he got the power of that particular pen.
