I have been thinking about this for a few days as I traveled back from the UT game the other day. Considering the constant drum beat of how terrible Weber is and old Snyder is and how dire our Athletic Department’s situation and the supposed mediocrity of KSU athletics that I must be in the presence of a bunch of high-level CEO and Elon Musk’s and other independently wealthy alumni that have done really well in life. I mean the demands they make of KSU and the AD that not settling in life is the only way to live. So I thought surely this group of people wouldn’t demand such change unless they were living it themselves, I mean c’mon if you haven’t become a millionaire yet you’re not going to ever, at least that’s what many here believe because you always will be what you always have been. So in the idea of not being mediocre I encourage you to go take your own advice and stop living mediocre, go quit that middle-manager job and leave the one your with, after all you’re just settling and you deserve better. The great life awaits, go get that million dollar life because you deserve it otherwise you’re kind of being hypocritical expecting others to do what you yourself aren’t willing to do. So remember when you’re out trudging through the snow and cold, paying taxes there is a better life if only you’d just go for it!
