I have read where many are suspecting Currie does not want to make a move on Weber as it would reflect he made a poor decision hiring him in the first place.
I am sure Currie thought he was making the right move hiring Weber at the time. Lord knows none of us are perfect. A true leader however should be able to admit that perhaps the decision that was made did not turn out as hoped and realize when it is time to move on, as opposed to belaboring the issue.
