With football games just around the corner talk has picked up on the Sports Animal (OKC). Here are a few things I thought you might find interesting.
1. Kansas is a guarantied conference win for the rest of the Big 12.
2. Several sportscasters do not feel the Sooners of Oklahoma will have a good season. They claim they don't have a proven QB, proven DB's, proven DT's. or proven WR's. They have maybe the best RB's in the nation but everyone agrees that their weakest spot is the OL. Many are predicting as many as 6 losses.
3. HC Charlie Strong of Texas is having problems keeping players. Of his 6 recruits from Florida, 4 have already left the program. They say he is having problems recruiting Texas because no one on his staff has Texas connections.
