Big XII officials wouldn't declare a clear champion last year when the two teams that were tied but Baylor won head to head... Seeing TCU ranked higher at the end of the year--were the officials trying so hard to give Big XII it's best chance to have 1 or both teams considered for the playoffs--did the decision to not crown Baylor as champs cost the whole conference?
